In order to change your mailing address on your USCG Documentation, you will need to do one of the following:
Managing Owners may email a change of address request as a .pdf attachment that contains the vessel Official Number, contact information (Managing Owner’s name, telephone number, email), and both the old and new address to the following e-mail address at: NVDCRENEWALS2@USCG.MIL.
Annotate a change of address on the CG-1280 Certificate of Documentation Renewal Notice at the time of renewal and return the form as a .pdf attachment to NVDCRENEWALS2@USCG.MIL or via mail.
