If you have current US Coast Guard Vessel Documentation and would like to check the expiration date or any information therein, simply locate your Certificate of Documentation. The CG-1270 Certificate contains all vessel and owner information except for mortgages and liens. The expiration date is located on the lower-left corner of the front page.
If you do not have access to your Certificate of Documentation and would like to check its expiration or other pertinent vessel information, you may access the Coast Guard Maritime Information Exchange (CGMIX) Port State Information Exchange (PSIX) via this link. NOTE: You will need your Vessel Official Number or your Hull Identification Number to access the information.
