How do I change my “mail to” address for a recently submitted renewal of my Certificate of Documentation.

You may submit a request for mailing address change to the following email address:  NVDCRENEWALs2@USCG.MIL.

Managing Owners may email a change of address request as a .pdf attachment that contains the vessel Official Number, contact information (Managing Owner’s name, telephone number, email), and both the old and new address to the following email address: NVDCRENEWALs2@USCG.MIL.
